Arper launches three new ranges

Italian furniture company Arper launched its Gher range, Leaf table collection and the Catifa 70 Soft chair at the recent Salone del Mobile in Milan.

Gher is a line of light tables, whose hardwood legs provide a warm and natural feel.

The tables are 74 cm high and available with any of a round, oval, rectangular or square top. The solid natural oak legs are available in four colors: bleached oak, natural oak, wengé and teak. The white lacquered MDF top can combined with all leg finishes. A version with teak-effect wood veneered top is also available to match the legs in the same color.

The new Leaf table, like the chair of the same collection, is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

It's available in two heights - 50 and 74 cm - and three shapes - round, diameter 79 cm and 100 cm; square, 79 x 79 cm; or triangular. All of them come with rounded edges. The 3- or 4-leg base is made of white, moka or green painted steel. The water-repellent throughcoloured MDF top is available only in the grey version for all base colours.

The new Catifa 70 Soft has seen the classic Catifa 70 Lounge redesigned to hold three soft, generous upholstered cushions. It can be upholstered in leather, fabric or the customer's fabric.

The chair's shell is made of structural polyurethane while the polished aluminium four way base is equipped with return and tilt mechanisms. Catifa 70 Soft is available with or without armrests.

Arper collections are distributed via an international sales network and displayed in single-brand showrooms situated in Milan, Cologne and New York, with a fourth one planned for London scheduled to open soon.
